The Post Office Travel App faced stiff competition in the travel finance sector. Usability issues created friction in core tasks, while an inconsistent visual identity made navigation cumbersome. Users struggled with complex travel card management processes, leading to frustration and a lack of trust in the app’s capabilities. A redesigned experience was needed to simplify interactions and reinforce brand consistency.
